Named officially, no values given

The colours are named officially, but no numeric values are given for any of them. The figures below are conventional values in wide use. Each value shows where it comes from, so you can choose the right level of certainty for your project.

Construction sheet

Nine horizontal stripes of equal width, five blue and four white, the top and bottom ones blue. A white cross in a blue square sits at the top corner nearest the flagpole, covering the top five stripes. The cross arms are as wide as a stripe. Width to length is 2 to 3.
