Construction sheet

A rectangle one and a half times as long as it is wide. A green Y-shaped band, one fifth of the height wide, starts in the two corners at the hoist, meets at the centre and runs level to the fly. It is edged in white above and below and in gold toward the hoist, each edging one fifteenth of the height. The triangle at the hoist is black; the upper band is chilli red and the lower blue.
