Flag of United Arab Emirates

The colours are named officially, but no values are given there. The Flags of the World (Flagspot / FOTW) gives HEX and RGB values, which are government guidance rather than law. The other figures are conventional values in wide use. Each value shows where it comes from, so you can choose the right level of certainty for your project.

A flag twice as long as it is high, with a red vertical band at the hoist, as tall as the flag and a quarter of its length wide, and three equal horizontal bands beside it: green, white and black from the top.
